Project Manager
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Cloud Engineer
Plan, implement and support infrastructure solutions. This includes the cloud infrastructure and security architecture e.g. data centers, AWS, Azure, Huawei, Alibaba. Cloud Engineer will work closely with Cloud Solution Architects to progress new cloud opportunities.

Associate Engineer
Assist Systems/Network Engineers in project deployment, design tasks, support tasks and troubleshooting. Associate Engineers are required to continuously develop skillsets to advance further.

Network Engineer
Perform network consulting, design and implementation tasks in areas related to routing & switching, unified communications, wireless and many more. Network engineers are required to be skilled in at least one or more networking core technologies.

Support Engineer
Provides technical support for customers in hardware, software and related IT infrastructure solutions. Support engineers operate in shifts and are required to deliver support services according to the tasks assigned by the HelpDesk team.

HelpDesk Administrator
Essential job duties for this role include ensuring a pleasant customer experience, diagnosing and solving customer issues, managing customer accounts, doing network repairs, taking incoming phone calls, and finding ways to improve support procedures.
